Unfortunately, in accordance with the Preventing All Cigarette Trafficking Act, customers shipping vape products cannot request delivery address changes. You can learn more about the PACT Act here.
If X Delivery determines a given shipment has an incorrect or incomplete address — or if we require additional information to complete delivery — an X representative will reach out to you directly. The shipper will be expected to verify the address and/or provide additional information within 4 business days of receipt of this notification email. Parcels may be marked as Return-to-Sender if no response is received in that time.
